What are the shipping costs?

At present we can only deliver to mainland UK. Our costs reflect the cost of postage. Up to 3 mugs costs £3.50. Please call (07905 712052) for larger orders.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We aim to process and despatch all orders within 48 hours. Given the postal delivery times we would anticipate delivery withing 3-5 working days of your order.

Can I add my own designs to a mug?

We can add your designs to our mugs but the artwork must meet certain specifications. If you would like to have your own design please call us on 07905 712052 for required artwork details.

I want to place a large order. Can I have a discounted price?
